Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a kind of high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant special polymer materials, originally developed by the American DuPont company known as Teflon, commonly known as Teflon fiber PTFE. Our company adopts the fluorine fiber filter felt produced by the needling process, and uses the DuPont company, Lenzing company and the PTFE fiber of Toray company as raw material. It can also be mixed with glass fiber to make a more reasonable cost performance filter. PTFE needle felt is one of the most high-end varieties of bag filter material. It is a unique material made of dust filter bag. It can withstand acid and alkali erosion in the pH range of 240 degrees at a temperature of 260 degrees.
Processing postprocessing: high temperature setting, singeing and calendering, water and oil repellent, anti-static, PTFE coating, emulsion, surface coating
The characteristics of the filter product:
1. strong acid and strong alkali PH 0-14
2. excellent self moistening, no moisture absorption and ultraviolet radiation
3. The wear resistance of PTFE fiber filter material is general, and the filter bag frame has a strict requirement of smoothness.
4. good flame retardancy and heat resistance.

Attention point

1. the mechanical damage, such as shearing and stretching, should be reduced in the process of use and preservation.

Application areas:

1., it is mainly used for flue gas treatment of coal-fired boilers, garbage incineration, carbon black production and titanium dioxide TiO2 production. It also has applications in some primary smelting, refining and chemical production of some metals.
