Polyester is the commodity name of polyester fiber. The filter felt made of polyester staple fiber through needling and heat setting has the characteristics of smooth, stable structure, good air permeability and easy cleaning. The product can be used for a long time at 130 degrees C, and the strength loss caused by a short time heating at 150 C can be recovered. Polyester dedusting cloth bag is widely used and has strong chemical stability. It can not only filter atmospheric temperature gases, but also filter corrosive gases containing acid and alkali, and filter water and oil. It is an ideal filtering material in normal temperature, liquid solid separation and other fields. According to the characteristics of different manufacturers of polyester dust bag dust, often mixed with antistatic fiber, singeing, calendering, water and oil repellent impregnation treatment, polyester felt made in the original performance and increase the easy cleaning (dust peeling fast), water and oil repellent (anti condensation), antistatic performance and formed a series of products. This makes the performance of polyester filter felt further improved, which has the effect of preventing the paste bag, improving the filtering precision, preventing the explosion of dust and prolonging the service life.

Application areas:

Polyester dust bag widely applies to all kinds of dust collecting conditions under normal temperature. Cement industry, iron and steel metallurgy, food and medical treatment, asphalt mixing plant, coal grinding power generation, garbage incineration and so on are all used for duer bag with polyester material.
For example, in addition to the high temperature dusting cloth bag at the end of rotary kiln kiln, all other industries use polyester needle punched felt dust bag, waterproof, oil and dust removal cloth bag, and antistatic dust bag.
