Polyester fiber filter fabric material properties: acid resistance, weak alkali resistance. Good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good recovery and poor electrical conductivity. The temperature resistance of polyester fiber is generally at 130---150 degrees Celsius. This product has the unique advantages of ordinary felt cloth, and it has good wear resistance. It has high cost performance and becomes the largest variety of felt filter material. Heat resistance: 120 C, breaking elongation (%): 20-50, fracture strength (g/d): 438, melting point (centigrade): 238. 240, melting point (c): 255 1 260. Proportion: 1.38. Filtration performance: the polyester staple fiber filter fabric has short fabric, dense fabric, good grain interception, but it is stripped and poor in air permeability. Strength wear resistance, water leakage is also less than polyester long fiber filter cloth.
Softening point (centigrade): 238-240, melting point (c): 255-260. Proportion: 1.38. Filtration performance: polyester long fiber filter cloth has smooth surface, good abrasion resistance and high strength. After twisting, it has higher strength and better abrasion resistance. So the fabric has good breathability, quick leakage and convenient cleaning.
Application:
Pharmaceutical, sugar, food, chemical, metallurgical, industrial filter press, centrifuge and so on. It has good characteristics of acid resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, and the product has good recovery performance.
