Description
【Filter bag of polypropylene filter press】
Filter cloth classification: polypropylene fiber short fiber filter cloth; polypropylene fiber filter cloth.
Filtration performance: polypropylene staple fiber, short fiber, yarn yarn and ribbon hair; long polypropylene fiber and long yarn formed smooth yarn, so the industrial fabric made of polypropylene staple weave weave, and the effect of powder and pressure filtration is better than that of long fiber. The industrial fabric made of long polypropylene fiber fabric has smooth fabric and good air permeability. It has strong acid resistance (organic and inorganic), alkali corrosion ability and elasticity. The use temperature is up to 110oC, the price is low, but the strength of the cloth is weak. It is used for fiber filter and coarse crystal filtration. The polypropylene fabric has a smooth surface, soft texture, good slag discharge performance, low density, acid, alkali and strong oxidizing agent corrosion and micromaterial action. But it can be dissolved in xylene, and in four chloroethane solvent, it has low hygroscopicity at 0. Under 3%, the safe use temperature is below 100oC.
Application:
Oil, chemical, ceramic, plastic, aluminum, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing industrial sewage treatment, the product has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, quick water and so on.
